"Hello officer."
"Hi. Cruising at 81mph eh?"
"Uh...I thought I was going at 60s......"
"Can I see your driver's license and insurance please."
(Reached over my pocket and fished out my licese.)
"Hmm....Pennsylvania license...is this a rental car? It has a California license plate."
"No I bought the car there..."
"Ok, I'll be right back." (took my license and went back to his car)

2 min later......

"Read the instructions at the back...it will tell you what to do."
(Looked at the yellow slip...at the FINE section it said $175) -_____-|| "Do you have to do this? I'm only here on vacation!" (I tried to smile.)
"81mph on a 55mph zone is just too fast."
"I was just following the car in front of me." (Used a very innocent face...)
"Nope, you were all alone."
"....I'm only a college student...."
"Only 1 out of 500 drive as fast as you did." (Smiled at me.) "Have fun at the beach."
".........."

I was doing my usual afternoon cruise near my apartment, minding my own business. I stopped at the stop sign, made sure there wasn't any car, and then turned right into the inner most lane of a 3-lane road. Two seconds later, a crazy blonde lady (probably in her 20s) driving a gray new cougar honked at me from the back, and then drove up parallel to me for a second. I stared at her, but she didn't look back and proceeded to cut REALLY close in front of me. I was like @#($*@#$(@#* and honked her back, thinking to myself that I'll kick her lousy cougar's ass even with my crippled stick driving skillz. I pulled up next to her at a red light, getting ready for revenge. But when the light turned green, she turned left and continued to drive crazy fast and cutting in front of other cars. Oh well, I guess she was in a hurry, but if i see her next time........muhahaha 0:-)

I'm in my office right now, at 5:45am. Wow I'm such a geek!

I just finished eating my beef noodle. I showed off my MAD cooking skillz and made taiwanese beef noodle for 2 other intel interns. After tasting my ultra-delicious soup, soft and tender beef with the perfectly made noodles (yes noodles requires skillz too), they concluded one thing -- I'm a genius, which i won't argue with...=D Damn, i wonder who's the lucky girl what will marry me?

Finally got my car! Check out some pictures here!

Couple intel interns and I are taking turns cooking dinner. I come to realize that the key to making delicious dinner is not only proper ingredients and mad cooking skillz, but also good timing. If you master the beauty of perfect timing, you will know to serve dinner when everyone is as hungry as possible so anything mediocre you throw them they'll think it's better than it actually is.

Man interns are being abused. In 18-549, the professor said verfication and testing is the most important part of the production phases...so I guess I'm working on something really important, because all i do everyday is DEBUG TEST DEBUG TEST DEBUG....verilog, vhdl and C codes....-______-"

So how's everyone's summer so far? Had a good Father's Day? Enjoying the nice weather? Hanging out with lots of hot guys and girls? Or not doing anything at all but cranking out cash like me? =)

Friday night and I'm at home blogging...how sad =( If you are or know anybody around the Portland area LET'S CHILL! Male or female, gay or straight, call me at 412-478-2693!!

Anyway, time for some ranting. It has been three weeks since I shipped my car from Los Angeles. 16 hour drive takes 3 weeks?! And the most annoying part is the lady was being all cocky and stuff, like Tnt Transport is so great because they reimburse my car rental and stuff...the truth it, and i'm speaking from this experience, Tnt can SUCK MY ****!!!!! My car should be here tomorrow but who knows?!

So three weeks here, i drove 1) Hyundai Elantra, 2) Toyota Tercel, 3) Chevy Venture and 4) Chevy Malibu. My neighbor watches me in awe while i change my car every three days. What can I say, I get sick of boring things easily =P I'll post some pictures of my "new" used car when I get it...i bet its 80k mile engine is more reliable than that Jetta.

Oh one more thing, if anybody wants to go to Italy mid-August, around 14th-23rd, let me know!! I'm planning a backpacking trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice -- I tell you right now we're going to have some MAD FUN!!

I apologize for not updating for so long...as most of you know, I'm at Portland right now and this internship has been keeping me busy. I worked 11 hours today!!!! Am I hardcore or what?! Maybe I can get friday off =) Portland is awesome man...at least compared to Pittsburgh (yeah that doesn't say much). This place is packed with outdoor activities -- one hour east to go rock climbing or white water rafting, one hour west for beaches, one hour south for skiing. Asian population is quite big...and i think the asian guy/girl ratio is about 0.1...almost every asian girl i've seen here are going out with caucasian guys. I'm going to make sure to change that scenary...haha j/k.

I live half an hour away from my work place...with traffic every morning it's 1 hour. Usually I just go in at 10 and leave at 6 or so to avoid rush hour. Got some pictures...soem from LA, some from Vegas (went there when i was at LA), another one at the mod-car autoshow. Pix in chronological order.

Auto Show

Bryan & I at Vegas - i lost $60 in 10min on frickin Roulette
